As soon as possible we will get a better picture of this girth, it is quite ingenuous. Like many dressage girths the flaps on the end open to reveal the stainless steel roller buckles, but this dressage girth has elastic on one end, when you tighten your girth the german elastic ends will stretch, the extended flap cover ensure that the buckles will not come in contact with your horse, pretty clever. A nice alternative to a fully elastic girth. Contains a 2" wide nylon webbing inside for safety, foam padding is added for comfort.

Each girth has stainless steel roller buckles making girthing easier, 2" wide nylon webbings inside for added safety,and a layer of felt and foam is enclosed inside for comfort. Both ends of the girths are split so they apply even pressure and prolong billet life. Strong German elastic is employed with just the right amount of stretch. HORSE & PONY Adjustable Size Leather Girth
This is a great girth especially if you ride several different horses, or better yet if you own a riding stable, where equipment goes from horse to horse. The girth is comprised of two sections, the underneath contoured leather pad, and the outer adjustable belt with elastic on one end. There are six different setting to choose from to accommodate many horses. We have used the larger one successfully on horses ranging from the 14H to 16H range. The larger one will fit 13H horses but we recommend going to the smaller one, when adjusted all the way up we find the pad to get a bit cumbersome under the saddle. Available in two sizes and chocolate brown only. Black available by request.
