New FLAT RATE shipping fee* for orders of $100 or more (not including shipping & handling), its just $10. That's a savings of $2.95 to $12.95 over our old rates, see the table below, so the more you spend the more you save. Offer good for UPS ground only, and in the 48 contiguous US states only.
*Does not apply to saddles, most saddles incur shipping fees between $15-$25.

1) Our goal is to ship all in-stock items, and place orders for custom items, within 24 hours of receipt, allowances being made for holidays and weekends.

2) We ship all items UPS*, we prefer this method since we can track your order to your door step and so can you.  At this time, since we handle all processing in-house your tracking number is not automatically placed in your status message, however, we are happy to provide it upon request. *Some of the drop ship items are shipped "common carrier" (aka big truck) due to their size, we will contact you to set up delivery in those cases.

3) Out of Stock Items.  If an item is expected in shortly we will hold the order until it arrives and
ship it in full.  If it will be a longer delay, we will contact you so that you may decide how you wish us to proceed.  Nothing is charged to your credit card until it is shipped.

4) Expedited Shipping.  Due to changes in the UPS shipping calculations, when expedited service is required you must call for a quote. And we are going to warn you, it is becoming very expensive, based on not only weight but also the dimensions of the outside of the box. We encourage you to use the UPS website to get an estimate, we think you will be surprised at how high these rates are becoming. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and yes we are currently shopping for an alternative.

5) Contact methods. Unless otherwise specified in the comment section during checkout, our first preference for contacting you regarding order issues is through the email address you provide while checking out. If you do not monitor this account and there is an issue, your order may be delayed. We do not assume anything when processing orders, so the sooner we can make contact with you, the sooner your shipment will be on its way. Also your order status messages will automatically be sent to this address, keep that in mind when purchasing gift items.
