A note about sizing: We are happy to sell you chaps, but our experience is that they are just as difficult to fit as our tall boots. If you know your size, give us a call we would be happy to help, if your in our local area stop in and we will be happy to fit you. If you don't know your size, or aren't in our area, we strongly recommend you visit your local tack shop, the time you take there, or the few extra dollars you may have to pay, will save you a lot in the end since you won't have to spend time and money "sending them back".

Features: cushioned suede inner panel that protects leg and adds extra grip, moisture wicking Dri-Lex® lining, low-profile Velcro® closure is easy to use and is less likely to snag than ordinary Velcro® heavy duty Vislon zipper that zips from top to bottom, logo snap closure at top of zipper, elastic insert over instep for smoother fit over boot, and elastic gore at back provides exceptional fit. Close Contact Chap by Ariat™
Okay we have to admit, this is the top selling chap. We believe it is due to their nicely fitted upper and wonderful soft leather. Putting it in more technical terms the Close Contact Chap features: oiled and waxed full grain leather with a reinforced inside panel, dual stretch leather panels on each side of the back zipper, spanish cut top line for a more elegant look, and a stretch leather insert over the instep for improved fit. We think these are well worth the few extra dollars. Match the black with a pair of zips, and go ahead and slide into that "schooling" show, no one will notice. Available in oiled black or oiled brown.
