We are a family run business located on Maryland's beautiful Eastern Shore. Since we're surrounded by water you would think we would be selling boats, NOT! Believe it or not the horse community thrives here, with professional breeders, and grand prix barns, to the pony clubs, 4Hers, and the back yard enthusiasts. We have them all and we're happy to part of the horse community.

A little bit of history about us. We have been in the horse business for a really long time, our family association started before I (the author and a current owner) was even born, but we won't mention how long ago that was. First it was a 20+ year stint and association with the thoroughbred racing industry, later in those years, I started riding and showing. First in Pony Club and then in some of the other local organizations. Now with kids of my (our) own, we are into the show scene full force and loving every minute of it. So where did the store come from? Approximately 10 years ago, I needed a trailer and there were some issues with the local dealer, and a long story short a horse trailer and retail business was born. We were very fortunate that it had grown beyond our wildest dreams, largely due to the wonderful products we selected, long hours, and more than anything the support we offered to our customers, (not to mention some really great customers that we are now honored to call our friends). The trailer business expanded and later a section was added to sell related retail items. The internet store was a natural extension of that business. We had the products so why not offer them to folks across the country and so we did. To make another long story short, like many family run businesses, our trailer/retail business hit shall we say some bumps in the road, and some of us decided that maybe a change was in order. So, we are very pleased and happy to present to you The Bridled Horse, LLC. For those of you who have shopped with us in the past you know our priorities will always remain the same, quality products, fair pricing, and most importantly top notch customer service. Around here we have one simple saying that we never forget, "without you there is no us".
